South Beach Seafoods is a top-notch Fish & Chipper, overlooking Cronulla Beach
& Surf Club. The shop is well-presented and has plenty of Al-fresco dining space.
It is excellent value for money. I ordered the Seafood Dinner – large Servings
of Fish & Chips with 2 King Prawn Cutlets & 3 Calamari Rings.
The Seafood Dinner cost $15 -I decided to go for the grilled option.
On placing my order, my fish is grilled in a foil tray. Within 10 minutes,
my order is ready & is accompanied with lemon slices.
The fish (NZ Hoki) tastes fresh & is garnished with fresh herbs.
King Prawns are more than a mouthful. The Calamaris are bread-crumbed
with a hint of pepper & chips lightly fried.
There is plenty of food for a couple to share, but do I really want to?
South Beach Seafoods describes themselves as a ‘ A Healthy Alternative’
- ‘Experience the Best’ – I would agree with that.
